Have you ever been there? It is huge and beautiful and full of running trails and ponds and dogs and trees just like this one.
I only worked a few hours this morning, so after getting off and running some errands, I walked over to try and practice what I preach everyday at the hospital. I took these pictures with my phone.
It seemed like a good idea at the time, but then I realized how cold the air really was. Even though I was wearing a long-sleeve shirt and sweats, the air was still frigid and my lungs burned for the whole three miles that I ran. They still do actually.
Hopefully they recover in time for 'Fall Fest 2010' tonight.
It is going to be the party of the season.
