I just got off the phone with Jaxon and Austin. They were coming home from the park with Grandpa Patty and Grandpa Tom. Kally and the boys got to Pocatello two weeks earlier then planned. Probably the best news of the summer! They are staying for three weeks rather than just the one they had originally planned.
The boys had tried calling earlier but I was at my weekly book club meeting. Nerdy? Well it must run in the family. Because when they got on speaker phone they wondered where I was and when I was coming home so that we could read books (one of their favorite pastimes too).
And play putt-putt. And go on walks. And get sno cones. And a whole bunch of other things about a sprinkler and an elbow that I couldn't understand because they were both talking into the phone at the same time.
I guess I don't have to understand. I will have fun doing anything.
Even if it means putting our elbows in the sprinkler.
