Are there ever times when you wonder and question if things will get better?
I know I do.
And apparently, so does Elder Holland.
I think it's safe to say that we all wonder at different points in our lives . . . and certain events force us to question more.
I read this talk about four months ago and decided to read it again tonight after finding this video on lds.org. I must have read the talk and watched the video three separate times before deciding to post it on this blog. His words "Keep Trying - There Is Happiness Ahead" keep repeating themselves over and over in my head, reminding me that Elder Holland is, always has been, and always will be my favorite.
Mainly because he always says it best.
On this first Father's Day without my Daddy, I needed that message and perspective so much. You always know how to help me even when you don't know you're helping at all. Thanks Gar.
