last night the place was full of celebrities. nelly, garth, britney, usher, the righteous brothers, coolio, mandy moore, neil diamond, aretha, good charlotte and the temptations all made their way to orem. who knew that such an eclectic mix of artists would be in utah on a tuesday night belting out their hits that made them famous?
there was no official voting system, but in my opinion, "we're comin' to america" was the best song of the night. hands down. she (a forty-something roseanne look-a-like) performed at the top of her game with a sparkly shirt, pelvic thrusts, hand motions and a not so impressive baritone voice.
we were all amazed.
and by amazed, i mean shocked and confused.

this may just be a new tradition.
next time, billy may even accept my offer of buying his dinner if he sings.
billy - i'll sing if stephen sings.
ReplyDeletecaitlin - great tradition in the making
