Washington D.C.

if this picture doesn't give you an idea of how i feel right now, then you don't know me very well.

this morning i got the best news in a long time.

i was accepted to the health education advocacy summit in washington d.c. this march.

none of you know what that is, but lets just say it is kind of a big deal for my major. twelve grad students and seven undergrads, including myself, will be headed to the nation's capital for a five day vacation (two day conference) to focus on advocacy for public health organizations. we will meet with congressman, representatives, and hundreds of other students from other colleges to discuss health related issues and hopefully influence future policy.

i couldn't be more excited. yyyyyeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssss!

i'll see you in three months obamas. can't wait to go to kfc and jcrew.
